Today I want to share with you several healthy ways that will help boost your energy everyday. Some you may already know, but some you may not.
Tip #1: Drink Water: Yes, we’ve all heard this before, but are you actually heeding this very important advice? The body needs water and you need to drink multiple glasses a day.
Hydrating your body is an easy and very inexpensive way to increase your energy levels. You don’t need vitamin water or sports drinks; they only add extra unneeded calories. You can even add lemons, limes or oranges for extra boost of vitamins and a yummy taste.
Tip #2: Eat 6 Daily Small Healthy Meals: Eating small healthy meals paced throughout your day can not only help you from overeating it helps you stay energized and your metabolism balanced.
You can plan ahead and pack up your six small meals each day that you can take to work or grab them out of the fridge throughout your day. Space your meals about 2 1/2 -3 hours a part.
Tip #3: Add Coconut Oil to Your Diet: Coconut oil contains healthy fat that helps energizes your brain. Use two tablespoons of coconut oil each day. Cook with it the same way you’d use olive oil.
Tip #4: Take a Epson Salt Bath: Epson salt baths can reduce muscle tension in the body and help you fall asleep. Epsom salt is a safe way to increase the body’s magnesium levels. The Epsom salt bath helps relax blood vessels and soothe your skin. To make an Epsom salt bath, pour one cup Epsom salt and one cup baking soda into a warm bath an hour before bedtime to prepare your body for a restful night’s sleep.
Tip #5: Sleeping Routines: It might sound cliche, but it is true. Having a routine for when you go to bed and when you wake up can do wonders for your body, health and energy levels. Your body needs to get adequate rest and most of us do not get enough of it. So, create a healthy sleep schedule to give you that energy boost during the day.
Tip #6: Exercise Regularly: Consistent and regular aerobic type exercise is also very important for your health and boosting your energy levels.
This type of exercise increases your Mitochondria production. Mitochondria, located in our cells, work like tiny power plants to produce more energy in our bodies.
So, find something fun and begin a workout routine. I recommend you exercise for 30 minutes a day.
Tip #7 Clean Your Gut and Drink a Prebiotic Shake: Your gut is the command central, so if the gut is not working properly every other system in the body is affected. Instead of your morning coffee and muffin, replace that with this Prebiotic Shake.
Wishing You Health, Happiness & Abundance,
